Bringing Relevant Topics to Foster Learning with the Aid of Ontologies

Ontologies are powerful structures that may help organize and share knowledge considering its contexts. This work addresses the issue of modeling the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) domain through an ontology. The ontology was developed as an attempt to provide options for personalized learning oriented to context, based on some relevance principles. The most recent results come from the evaluation process in which the presented ontology was submitted to evaluators to assure its computationally consistency and adequacy to the Relevance Theory.
